Don’t Spend PDM On Christmas! RDC

The Butaleja district RDC, David Kulaba Isabirye, has warned that he shall arrest the pdm beneficiaries found guilty of spending the evolving cash on Christmas celebrations.

Addressing the journalists this morning, Kulaba, pronounced that he has information exposing some members who already used the cash for buying clothes, now yet to spend it on Meat buying and other luxury on December 25.

He further stated that every beneficiary is supposed to withdraw 1,000,0000=, for poverty alleviation, thus warned against extortion by Sacco leaders to the beneficiaries, or deduction off what they are supposed to withdraw. 

He clarified that his office will prosecute the givers and receivers of the bribes in Pdm transactions.

He also directed the Commercial officer and other focal persons to consolidate the crusade against corruption in Pdm, emphasizing that it frustrates the President’s Innitiative.

Yet the Assistant Rdc, Godfrey Nasuga, said that he’s returned to squeeze those who mishandled pdm, and settle the land disputes.

He scoffed at the people who had spread propaganda that he was transferred from Butaleja district, and revealed that he has been doing exams at University.

He also stated that he is consolidating his mobilisation for NRM flag bearers from Presidecy to LC1 levels.
