Butaleja Mother Stabs children and takes Own Life.

Hundreds of people have gathered in the home of the Late John Mugeragi, at Hahoola village, Busaba sub county, to prove the death of one Rebecca Mbula Kalivamudhi, a woman who injured her children before committing suicide on Tuesday.
Mbula Kalivamudhi, 31, is believed to have pierced her 2 children before she took poison, blaming the mess on her husband Benjamin Wanamiriye, a Secondary school teacher, who allegedly married another wife and abandoned responsibilities.
According to Esther Hangheesa Mugeragi, the Mother-in Law to the deceased, Mbula Kalivamudhi, angrily stabbed her children before taking poison ,and later collapsing in the compound next to the the children who lied in the pool of blood.
Geoffrey Bongo, the brother of Rebecca Mbula Kalivamudhi, regretted the tragedy and challenged the married couples to seek counselling from friends in case of challenges or embark on prayers for the solution.
Benjamin Wanamiriye, the widower, teacher at Busaba Seed Secondary 6 at Busolwe Secondary school declined to mention anything about the tragedy by press time due to extreme grief But, several netizens condemned the deceased, suggesting the need for courtship and marriage according to cultural identity.
Mbula Kalivamudhi is survived by 2 struggling children, apparently in critical condition in the hospital.
Rebecca Mbula Kalivamudhi shall be buried in Luuka on Thursday.
